Discription of Events: Driver proceeded from a stop sign and pulled out in front of me on a 45-mph road. As a result, I had to hit the brakes in order not to run into the back of them. Additionally, passenger threw out a bag, likely trash from a fast-food restaurant, and hit my vehicle with it.
