Discription of Events: This a$$ wipe was driving recklessly - speeding, tailgaiting, running through stop signs and red lights out of the Rippon VRE, down Rippon Blvd and Route 1 South. It\'s dark and raining and this jerk had no regard for anyone else on the road.
