Discription of Events: Speeding, riding the back of multiple vehicles and laying on the horn when we wouldn’t speed up for them to let them cut us off. Sped up when they got the chance to cut me and my 4 year old off the road. Proceeded to ride the back of all vehicles ahead of us speeding through. They had a headlight out as well.
