Discription of Events: I was trying to pass someone slow, and she was behind me. I had signaled wanting to get over, and she let me. I was about to get over, when she speeds up. She then proceeds to pass me, look over at me, and cuss at me. After that, she looks in her rear view mirror and flips me off.
