Discription of Events: White woman with long brown hair and glasses in her 40\'s or 50\'s driving like a maniac down the Prince William Parkway towards Dumfries speeding, tailgating, cutting other drivers off and not using her turn signal. It was about 12:00 p.m. and traffic was heavy. She could have killed someone and she didn\'t even care.
