Discription of Events: BLACK THUNDER ROOFING! Had two people in the truck I know one was male! That was the logo on the truck, the truck was covered in this log! The truck was riding beside another truck both going under the speed limit, both trucks brake checking from Moore ok, to Oklahoma City. The trucks didn’t stop until we pulled behind a cop and both trucks started to drive normal.
