Discription of Events: Driving full speed on highway with German shepherd dog hanging front half of body off side of open trunk. Also carrying cargo in the trunk with the loose dog. It caused two semis to have to slow down rapidly and try to switch lanes away from this irresponsible driver/irresponsible dog owner too.
