Discription of Events: Was in the center lane of route 1 approaching a light, the vehicle in front of him started to stop because the light turned red. He moved into my lane without looking and continued to run me off the road into the shoulder and eventually grass even though I was honking to get his attention. Luckily no damage was done to my car but he then started to weave in and out of traffic even more when the light turned green! Scumbag. I filed a complaint against the plate with police.
