Discription of Events: White male subject was DRIVING through a neighborhood and shooting a weapon out their drivers side window while driving a motor vehicle trying to shoot deer or anything moving in the woods. This driver also has a medal tool box in the back of their pickup truck. This driver is also considered to be armed and dangerous.
