Discription of Events: Driving on 64 in the center lane headed towards Naval Station Norfolk. White Male driver was tailgating erratically and made 2 attempts to side swipe my vehicle. Got over into left lane to avoid driver and driver came up along passenger side of my vehicle and was irate. Attempted to side swipe my vehicle again.
