Discription of Events: Speed limit on Feagin Mill Road which is 3 lanes (center lane being a turning lane) is 35 mph. I was doing between 35-40. The driver apparently did not think I was going fast enough and decided to pass me in the turning lane only to catch the same red light I did. I roll down my window to let her know the speed limit and that the center lane is not a passing lane. She then informed me that I needed to go the speed limit. Although this is a very busy road in this area it is still a residential road and thankfully no one was using the center lane for turning .
