Discription of Events: The driver was looking to get into an accident. The sign clearly stated that right lane on Cherry Avenue near intersection Salem Industrial Drive, merges onto the left lane but the driver kept speeding not allowing space for my vehicle to merge even though I was signaling. Seemed like this person was looking to get into an accident. This person should not be driving on the road. Not safe for our Oregon roads, they might kill someone with their crazy driving.
