Discription of Events: CORRECTION - number plate 4660, not 4640. We were waiting for traffic to clear in order to turn left, and then this dumb lady behind us begins excessively laying on the horn for several seconds at a time, multiple times. Absolutely uncalled for, considering traffic continued to flow in a way where we couldnt pull out safely. She then aggressively pulled out after us and got honked at by several drivers that she cut off, proceeding to aggressively tailgate us. She deserves to lose her license and have the book thrown at her face.
