Discription of Events: Blown out of Mc Donalds with A Hand HELD DEVICE in his hand on Independence Blvd,with no turn singal on,almost hitting vehicles, flipped off people. He pulled into a different parking lot, waited.He got in front of us and Slammed his Breaks on. He then follwed us. Gets on the side then took his vehicle and jerked his vehicle almost hitting a motor vehicle. Then flipped us off again.Watch out for the old white crazy guy. He Stalks people, and uses his vehicle as a deadly weapon trying to hit people. The Virginia Beach Police was called. They put a look out on this car.
