Discription of Events: At a dual left turn, we were turning in the leftmost Lane. The other driver came from right turning across the intersection and started merging as we were moving forward, almost causing a crash. The driver then became agitated and started yelling while not moving with traffic. After moving started harassing us by brake checking.
