Discription of Events: Tailgating, speeding, reckless driving in a company vehicle DPR Construction East Brunswick. Forcing car in front to speed up as there was no where to pull over, cut driver off by crossing over solid yellow double line on a two way road and proceeded to speed up into three on coming cars with no shoulder to pull over to. Driver barely avoided causing a four car collision in dangerous weather (heavy rain, poor visibility).
