Discription of Events: My daughter was sitting and waiting for me in the car when this woman approach her and asked her to roll down the window or open the door for her. My daughter did not open the door for her nor roll down the window for her. Then she preceded and start telling her how to open the door or roll down the window. My daughter was talking on FaceTime with her cousin and told her cousin that one woman is trying to tell her open the door. When this woman saw that my daughter was on the phone she left. Police was informed and this happen by the parking lot of Dollar Tree in Vienna on Maple Ave
