Discription of Events: Parking in a Handicap Parking at a Hospital Parking Lot. Idiot has no consideration for other. Police was summons to location for Violation. Person cam e out and cursed us out for telling them they should not park in a Handicap Parking Spot with no Permit. Person then SPEEDING and RECKLESS DRIVING through the parking lot almost running down pedestrians.
