Discription of Events: Driver was stuck behind a sedan that was stuck behind a slow moving vehicle in the left lane. Sedan driver used indicator and began to move over and driver of white van switched lanes quickly and then proceeded to tailgate the sedan. Then quickly moved back to the left lane and left blinker on for the next mile. White van driver then slowed down drastically and camped in left lane
