Discription of Events: Unmarked police car. Had lights in front and back. He came up fast riding my rearend but no police lights were on. Then i got over in the far right lane. He continuted to ride the other persons rearend and then got in the center lane and drove in the center lane for at least a half of a mile. Went through a red light doing so.
