Discription of Events: This car was a white van. They almost hit me after cutting me off without signaling. Afterwards, I beeped them. Then, they began to follow me along the highway on route 18. When I sped up, they remained right behind me, when I slowed down, they slowed down either next to me or behind me. Please get this dangerous person off the road.
