Discription of Events: Driver went around 2 cars and public transit bus over double yellow lines coming down S Clinton street towards so orange Ave towards red traffic light. Driver than talking rude and making gestures towards other drivers behind her on the road with small children in her car. This all happened while school was still letting out.
