Discription of Events: The man hit my car door when he opened they're car door right while I was in my car. He refused to close his door and continued on as if he were drunk. The woman driver acted drunk as well and rolled her window down to belligerently yell and flip me off. She had some strange slur and her eyes were bulging. They both appeared to be very intoxicated and drove off.
