Discription of Events: White old bag female was impatient and tried running down a number of ducks and goose that was crossing the road in the Greenbrier Mall parking lot area. She was caught on cell phone video trying to run the over and then she flipped off mortist and yelled profanities at mortist. This was reported to the Chesapeake Police Department.
