Discription of Events: The person driving this car was totally on my bumper while I was driving 40mph in a 35 Zone. At a stop light, I was in the right lane next to a school bus in the left lane. The second it turned green and I started going, she sped between me and the bus to pass me, missing my car by MAYBE 2 inches. Floored it and sped away but I was able to grab a picture of the vehicle and license plate.
