Discription of Events: Every morning around 7 I see this woman driving. She drives between 80-100 mph on Route 4. She drives up to cars with 1 foot of space. She also has an incredible need to always be ahead of drivers and disregards using her directional. She goes throughout traffic almost hitting cars and weaving in-between lines. I have also seen her move around me in the break down lane. This woman needs to be stopped and have her license taken away. She will cause a major accident or kill someone. She is a middle age blonde women and the way she drives away day seems she has a need to be in control or has some major mental health issues. If you see her please call the state police and north and south kingstown police. She will definitely kill someone one day with the way she drives.
