Discription of Events: Extreme aggressive driving, accelerated to purposely in attempt to not allow me to change lanes on highway while I was using my signal and at safe distance. Cut me off within a couple of inches of my bumper after going around me in heavy traffic. Took picture of vehicle when they were in front of me and they used their washer sprayers to attempt to put fluid on my windshield and blind the camera (funny, and did not work). They then proceeded to cut others off as they sped off.
