Discription of Events: car was driving recklessly as if they were intoxicated (this all happening at night) and when we were at a stop light, they continued to inch closer into he intersection (i think due to getting nervous of someone either seeing their face or writing down their plate) so they then instead of waiting for the light to turn green, just began accelerating to 50 something and ran through like 4 red lights thag followed
