Discription of Events: Driver was in 2nd turning lane(I was in 1st) Driver did not stay in her lane forcing me to run off road to avoid being hit at turn. Once I was behind her, she would speed up then stomp brakes trying to get me to hit her. NO DRIVER SIDE BRAKE LIGHT EITHER.
