Discription of Events: Politely stay off the highways if you're drunk, coming back from an event. And drive yourself down to the nearest nursing home, old geezer! This man/woman had no idea what the speed limit apparently was. They looked too old to be driving.This driver is an endangerment to other people. Again, hope they are put into a nursing home soon.
