Discription of Events: Driver was speeding, cutting people off, passing on shoulder. I have seen this guy several times over the last year on M-24 between Lake Orion and I-75. I had a verbal confrontation with him after he nearly hit me passing me on the shoulder and then he was caught by the next light.
