Discription of Events: I was trying to merge to the left side of the highway with my blinker on. I had an opening and I started to merge over when all of a sudden the car that was 50 feet back decided to accelerate and tail me. The man in car behind proceeded to clap his hands together instead of holding his steering wheel as if I was in the wrong for merging over. after a mile or so he decided to cut me off without any blinkers and brake check me giving me almost no time to avoid impact. Someone needs to get this man off the road and take his license away PERMANENTLY.
