Discription of Events: this vehicle has been parking illegally in olympic village for well over 6 months now. the problen is their licence plate is saskatchewan and so the tickets dont mean anything. as well, she has passed the 6 month period to get a bc plate, so she drives around our province and breaks our laws, and no one is doing anything about it
