Discription of Events: Pulled in front of my car at a red light by lane splitting. Lane splitting on roads, no turn signal, weaving on motorcycle with no helmet on dangerously. Swerving recklessly from lane to lane in a snake pattern. Also kept pulling phone out during each stop.
