Discription of Events: Seems like they were drunk, they were speeding and swerving and jerking the steering wheel around. \r\n\r\nThey were trying to bait people into accidents, and were throwing objects at other cars as well. \r\n\r\nPossibly armed. They were holding something up to the wind but I couldn\'t verify if it was a firearm. But I believe it was. \r\n\r\nWas driving east on hall road by Romeo plank and Garfield Rd. \r\n\r\nThey have damage to their rear bumper, left side is hanging, likely from road raging. \r\n\r\nThis happened about half an hour ago. \r\n\r\nGo pay them a visit, and be careful, they are possibly armed, and they were on traffic footage throwing objects at people (assault).
