Discription of Events: The driver was driving around in my neighborhood and they hit a parked car that was parked on the side of the road. The driver then drove off quickly without reporting the incident or informing the owner. This all happened on February 6, 2024 and roughly 5:45 PM in Jacksonville Florida.
