Discription of Events: young blonde white female almost rear ended me. I found this out when she rolled down the window to flip me off for going the speed limit? then proceeded to cut me off going at least 20 over the speed limit. i wound up being behind her up the road and she almost rear ended the one in front of her and swerved. she wound up going the same route near my destination. Long story short don\'t be like this person. horrible and dangerous driver
