Discription of Events: Crazy Driver, Was at car wash, has two lanes driver was in second lane so i was going for first lane then he cuts to first lane right in front of me then he comes to a complete stop and stares at me twice before going. then when we both go through the car wash he leaves like normal then turns around on the wrong side of the road so when i try to leave he gets out of his car throwing his hand around and things so i just go around his car into the opposite parking lot as i see him in the road throwing his hands towards me so i just keep driving and completely leave. I did nothing wrong in the situation he was just a crazy person
