Discription of Events: This guy broke all the laws. He was on his phone, no turn signal, weaving in and out of traffic (others were honking as he almost caused a collision) and must have been going at least 50 in a 35 zone. I saw him coming at full speed from behind and tried to speed up so he wouldnt cut. This guy almost rammed me off the road, he squeezed through the small gap. I saw him cut others off at high speed up ahead. Moron needs to have his license revoked! If he even has one.
