Discription of Events: Moving slower than traffic. Then as I try to change lanes to pass them they speed up to close the gap and slow down again to box me in. They continued doing this a couple more times. There was no interaction prior to this happening; no reason for doing this. Will have to add that the driver was a young (possibly teen or at least young adult) male driver.
